This Privacy Policy explains how ADT Studios LLC ("ADT Studios," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit terrabyss.com and sign up to receive launch updates about Terrabyss™. ADT Studios is a studio based in Wyoming, USA.

Information you give us. When you sign up for launch notifications, we collect the email address you enter. We also record a short label noting where you signed up (for example, "coming-soon") and the date and time of your signup.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not store your IP address together with your email signup.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

2. How we use your information

• To notify you about the Terrabyss launch, availability, and related updates you asked to receive.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

• Google Fonts — the site loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
• Google Workspace — if and when we email you, we may use Google Workspace to send those messages.

Our providers operate global networks, and your data may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until Terrabyss launches and you have received the related updates, or until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe — whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example, the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict its processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share). Any email we send you will include an unsubscribe link, and you can email ops@terrabyss.com at any time to be removed from our list.

This website and signup are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact ops@terrabyss.com and we will delete it.
